How to extract an icon

1.    Start IcoFX

2.    In the file menu select the extract menu point

3.    Select the file witch contains the icon

4.    The "Extract dialog" will appear showing all the icons that the file contains

5.    Select the icon you would like to extract

6.    Press the extract button

7.    Save the icon (Ctrl + S)
